COMMERCIAL CATERING LEAD OR COFFEE VAN MANAGER AND BARISTA

(Part time – 25 hours per week would be ideal but some flexibility may be possible)

We are looking for someone who can advance Hospice’s commercial catering businesses to generate income and help fund our patient care. This role can be tailored to suit the experience of the successful candidate.

You will need to be a pro-active and enthusiastic person who can grow and maximise capacity and profits of the new mobile “Care for a Drink” coffee van. You will be responsible for delivering the end to end experience of our catering customers. This will include stepping in to provide hands on management and delivery of services for the coffee van and may also include stepping back to steer the business towards longer term commercial goals. This role will enable you to combine your strong customer service, hospitality and/or barista experience with your positive “can do” attitude.

As you will need to be able to drive the coffee van you will also need a full, valid driving licence.

This role will be offered on a part time basis, but there could be scope for hours to be increase around this dependent on the success of this enterprise. There will also be some early starts/late finishes and weekends will be involved, as events demand. If you feel that this may be the opportunity for you then we would really like to hear from you to discuss how this role can be tailored to suit you.
