Volunteer Drivers

Volunteer Drivers 

We are looking for Volunteer Drivers to drive patients from their home to our Day Unit or clinics and back again.  You would provide support for our patients from leaving home, getting in and out of the car and attending their sessions in Hospice to support their wellbeing and quality of life.

Our Volunteer Drivers are very important to delivering this service as your role is not only as driver but to engage with them on their journey, often putting them at ease and making them feel less anxious when out and about.

Full training and support will be provided by Volunteer Services in conjunction with the Hospice Rehabilitation Team.
