Integrated Care Matters: Webinar Series 6; Improving Integrated Practice in Palliative and End of Life Care

Hospice Isle of Man was honoured to have collaborated with IFIC Scotland in the hosting of a webinar on Wednesday 27^th October 2021, on the topic of “Improving Integrated Practice in Palliative and End of Life Care”.

Anne Mills, Chief Executive of Hospice Isle of Man and Director of Scholl Academic Centre hosted the webinar, with other Hospice colleagues presenting on various topics. Guest panellists from different systems shared their thoughts and insights, and supported the creation of age friendly, compassionate, healthy communities that leave no one behind.

Speakers of the webinar included Tracy Broom, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Hospice Isle of Man, Professor John Ellershaw of the University of Liverpool and many other esteemed presenters.

In total, 53 people from 18 countries around the world attended the webinar.

The next International Conference on Integrated Care will take place in Denmark from 23^rd – 25^th May 2022.
