The Dove Junior Tribute Fund offers children and young people the opportunity to honour the life of a loved one

Children and young people often want to do something special to celebrate the life of their loved one, setting up the Dove Fund is a lovely way to create a memorable tribute as well as having a positive long term impact on the lives of people and their families cared for by Hospice. Their fund will be named after their loved one. The Dove fund is a fantastic way to support Hospice. Parents, friends, relatives or anyone who wishes to donate into the fund can also do so.

Setting up your fund

Complete the below application form to register your interest in the setting up of a Fund, or give us a call on 672222 and we can arrange to send you a hard copy of the form. Once this form has been completed our team will be in touch with you to guide you through the next steps of the process.

After your Dove Junior Tribute Fund has been set up you will receive a range of materials from Hospice to thank you for your support including a Hospice badge, Dove membership card, and Dove certificate to name a few. We will be on hand to help you with any fundraising queries, and as your fund starts to grow, we will celebrate the following milestones:
