It’s coming up to that special time of year again, and for us here at Hospice it’s a very exciting and busy time as we launch our popular Christmas campaigns.

One of our most well-known events to return for Christmas 2021 is our ever-popular Christmas Car Draw, where ticket holders have the chance to win a brand new stunning Nissan Qashqai Mild-Hybrid, in gun metallic grey, worth an incredible £28,000.

The return of our draw sees the ticket price remain the same as last year at £25 and the lucky winner will be chosen on Thursday 30^th December, which is a brilliant way to bring in the New Year.

I am incredibly proud to say that this is the first year, and certainly not the last, that we have chosen to use a hybrid car for our draw. Given the UNESCO Biosphere status our Island has, it seemed only fitting that we chose a vehicle of this type. Hospice has also recently been announced as a dedicated Biosphere Isle of Man Partner, which is great, so its onwards and greener all round.

Our Christmas Car Draw is in its ninth year of running, and is the result of a fantastic working partnership between the team at Athol Garage and us here at Hospice.  We can’t thank Athol Garage enough for continuing to support us over the years with these fabulous prize draws, which have contributed to raising funds to allow us to continue to provide end of life care for the people of our island. 

Tickets are now available to purchase online www.hospice.org.im/cardraw, from one of our Hospice retail shops, or from Athol Garage in Balthane Industrial Estate. We wish you luck in entering our draw, and we would like to thank everyone for their continued support in our draws, which help raise vital funds for us to help our patients live well, their way until the end of their lives.
