Children's Hospice Week 2024

Today marks the start of Children's Hospice Week 2024.

This is the only week in the year dedicated to raising awareness and funds for children's hospices.

To celebrate this week, we thought it would be perfect to introduce you to Alice! Alice has been coming to Rebecca House for 4 years now and is a well-loved member of the RH family. Alice has Hypoplastic Right Heart which is caused by a collection of problems on the right side of the heart. We asked Alice some questions on her time at Rebecca House!

What’s your favourite thing about Rebecca House? I like meeting new people and getting to play with them. I also like going out on trips with everyone.

How do you feel when you come to Rebecca House? I feel great to go to Rebecca House, I always have a lot of fun.

What’s the best day you’ve had at Rebecca House so far? Making pizzas was a really good day and the day we had a water fight outside!
