Happy 90th Birthday Yvonne

We are so very proud and grateful to Yvonne who recently turned 90 and began volunteering for us 26 years ago - the first day that our Port Erin shop opened. She has remained a familiar and welcoming face of the shop ever since and without our army of volunteers like Yvonne, we would not be able to continue to offer our services.

Volunteer Services Manager, Christine Chadwick said; "Yvonne has always had a good head for figures and she was asked to go straight to work on the till on her first day and to this day, she still takes responsibility on the till and for cashing up at the end of the day. We have such a fantastic team of volunteers not just in our Port Erin shop but across the whole of Hospice and without their continued dedication and support, we would not be able to continue opening our shops or providing our services to patients and their families".
