The winner of the 2021 Hospice Isle of Man Christmas Car Draw, Emily Bedford has now received her grand prize of a stunning Nissan Qashqai Mild-Hybrid with a retail value of over £28,000, kindly supported by Athol Garage.
This hybrid car is manual transmission in stunning gun metallic grey and only has delivery mileage. Emily bought lucky ticket number 2571 for just £25 in the Christmas Car Draw in December 2021 and was then informed of her success in winning the fantastic prize.
Anne Mills, Chief Executive of Hospice Isle of Man, said “I am absolutely delighted to present Emily with her grand prize, I am absolutely sure she will enjoy it. Here at Hospice, we can’t thank David Quayle at Athol garage enough for his continuing support to Hospice over the years with our fabulous Car Draws which always contribute substantially to raising vital funds for us.
I would also like to thank everyone who entered our Christmas Car Draw from the bottom of my heart. Not everyone can be a winner but each and every person who purchased a ticket has helped support our patients and their families, and for that I am eternally grateful.”
All funds raised from the 2021 Christmas Car Draw will go towards Hospice, helping people in the community to live well, their way, to the end of their lives. The prize draws provide an important source of income to help Hospice continue to deliver their services
David Quayle of Athol Garage said “What a fantastic Christmas present for Emily, Well done! And, congratulations to the Hospice on running such a successful and well supported fundraiser which always creates such a huge buzz around Christmas time, for local people of all age groups. Athol Garage are very proud to be involved once again for what is such a worthy cause”.
Hospice Isle of Man would like to thank everyone for their support in the Christmas Car Draw and are delighted to have worked in partnership with Athol garage for the 9th consecutive year.
