Hospice Isle of Man welcomes a £100,000 donation from Kelproperties (IOM) Limited

Hospice Isle of Man is delighted to receive a £100,000 donation from Kelproperties (IOM) Limited, a local company with its office on St George's Street, Douglas.  The generous support of Kelproperties (IOM) Limited and other local businesses is vital to ensure that Hospice Isle of Man can maintain funding for its services for patients and those who matter to them. Ensuring everyone can live well, their way until the end of their life.

Barry McCarney, Director, said "Kelproperties has had a very successful year and we are therefore pleased to have been able to make a contribution to such a worthy charity as Hospice Isle of Man". He continued, "Whilst most of Kelproperties' industrial holdings are situated in the UK, the owner would like to increase investment on the Island by the development of his existing Island property portfolio. We look forward to working together with all the relevant parties in order to achieve mutual progress and additional investment for the benefit of the Island.”

Anne Mills, Chief Executive at Hospice Isle of Man, said:

‘We are so very fortunate to receive such a generous donation from Kelproperties to support our work. It is wonderful to see that a company who has experienced a successful year is looking to ensure that this success also benefits others, and enables us to continue to make a life-changing difference to our patients and those who use our services. 2020 and the start of 2021 has brought its challenges to many people in different ways, including Hospice, so now more than ever it’s important to continue to have such wonderful support from local businesses’
