Thank you to all who attended June’s celebration event and raised money in aid of Hospice and Rebecca House.
We were so happy to be joined by Tracy Booth & Pip Quayle from Mountain Warehouse! Mountain Warehouse has been supporting Hospice through their charity bag campaign since July 2018. They have sold special canvas bags and all profits of each bag sale on the Isle of Man have been donated. Their campaign is due to finish soon and so far has raised £832 – Keep up the good work, guys!
Evelyn Corrin had her 70th birthday on July 4th and instead of presents, she asked her guests to make a donation to Hospice. This is in gratitude for all the help Evelyn and her late husband received from Hospice – We hope you had a lovely birthday.
Thank you so much to CSG for their incredible donation of £9,057.27! CSG raised this tremendous amount of money through various company fundraisers like Bake Sales, Easter Baskets for staff to purchase, Step Challenges and a Valentines Show.
On Friday 10th May the Inner Wheel Club of Rushen and Western Mann presented 'A Magical Musical Evening' with entertainment which was produced by Centre Stage Productions. Guests were treated to canapés and prosecco on arrival at the Erin Arts Centre and enjoyed a wonderful evening, which raised £3,000 for Hospice Isle of Man! Big thank you for an incredible evening.
Thank you so much to Matt Hanson who raised a brilliant £380 from sponsorships for the 10K run he took part in. His son, Conner inspired him to raise money for Rebecca House. Fantastic work by the whole family!
We would also like to extend our huge gratitude to our local Marks & Spencer, who throughout the past year have been fundraising for Rebecca House with bag packing and numerous other exciting initiatives such as clubbersize, in-store waxing and family fun days. An incredible £16,500.70 was raised, and alongside this a fantastic working partnership which was taken forward into our exciting Wallabies Gone Wild trail. Thank you M&S!
Thank you again for choosing to support Hospice and Rebecca House, helping those in need with free end-of-life and palliative care across the Isle of Man!
