Whatever living well means to you, at our wellbeing centre we will work with you to plan your future, set goals and ensure your physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met. Helping you to live well for as long as possible. We are passionate about improving overall health and fitness and are committed to supporting everyone to achieve wellbeing and transform their quality of life. We believe that each person has the potential to feel empowered, fulfilled and in control of their own health. We have a variety of people on hand to give you the right support at the right time.

People say singing is uplifting and joyful. They feel positive when singing and the positive mood continues afterwards. Singing can help if you feel depressed, stressed or anxious. Join us every Wednesday from 1pm - 2pm in the Sanctuary.
Your Hospice, Your Way aims to bring Hospice influenced care to the community, and create a flexible service that can be tailored to suit your needs. The Drop In is led and delivered by a team of professionals and is continually reviewed,evaluated and improved.

Providing family support is a very important and sensitive aspect of the work of Hospice, from one-to-one support for individuals to family group sessions.

Our clinic provides holistic care and a programme of treatment is devised in partnership with the patient.
Our Psychological Support Team are skilled in assessing your personal issues and working with you, to meet your needs and assisting you in overcoming any emotional challenges you or your family may face.
Our rehabilitation team will work with you to set and work towards goals that maximise your potential at all stages of your illness. We will support you with approaches that allow you to take responsibility for your own health.
Our Young Person’s Support Service provides 1-2-1 psychological and bereavement support sessions to those under 21 years of age.
